How long we retain your data
I will only retain your data for as long as I have a legitimate reason to do so, for example if we remain in communication regarding something. If your enquiry relates to my work within another organisation, I will forward your email to an Inbox hosted on the domain associated with the role and retain your data there under their privacy policy instead.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive a copy of any data you have provided to to me. I don’t gather data on people in any other way. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your data will be sent to my outlook.com inbox. Microsoft’s UK privacy notices apply. I may send it on to another inbox only as detailed above.
